Kierra Dines &
Joshua Cadet

Congratulations to Kierra Dines & Joshua Cadet, recipients of the 2024 Kenneth A Harris Memorial Foundation Scholarship award of $1500. Kierra and Joshua are both seniors at William M. Raines High School.  Kierra plans to attend Florida A&M  University to pursue a degree in psychology with dreams to become a clinical psychologist.  Joshua will be attending Florida A&M University as well and plans to major in computer science with a cyber security concentration.

Kenneth A. Harris Memorial Scholarship

The Kenneth A. Harris Memorial Scholarship is open to any graduating senior in the Jacksonville, Florida area who plans to attend college with a major in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related sciences.

Each applicant must submit a one to two page typed, double spaced personal statement describing what aspirations they have for the life that would be beneficial to their community and the world around them. The statement should include an explanation of how they plan on supporting their dreams through higher education by majoring in a STEM related science.

Application Deadline:

The last date for Submission of Scholarship form for 2025 is
January 31, 2025.
