The Kenneth A Harris Memorial Foundation
The Kenneth A. Harris Memorial Foundation was founded in 2022 as a 503(c)(3), not-for-profit organization dedicated to remembering the life and legacy of a special man. Inspired by the selfless support of friends, family and former co-workers, the foundation was created as a way to transform a tragic loss into positive change. The Foundation is committed to identifying effective ways to help individuals suffering and further the research of pancreatic cancer.

FOUNDERS STORY
About Kenneth Andra Harris 1965-2020
Diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer in 2018, Kenneth A. Harris embraced life with kindness and courage. Kenny or Ken, as he was affectionately called by family and friends, was an inspiration to others.
His family relocated to Jacksonville, Florida early in Ken’s life. He would go on to graduate from William M. Raines High School and make Jacksonville his home. Ken joined Johnson & Johnson Vision (Vistakon). He was a dedicated employee for over 30 years and held various positions across the organization. Outside of work and family, Ken enjoyed playing basketball at a young age and later developed a passion for playing golf. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, kindness, compassionate spirit, and dedication to family.
